Who we are

Located in Nashville, Tennessee, started by Ken Madson and Loyd [Snap] Potts, Ignition specializes in artist management and publishing. Ignition focuses on structure, communication, and execution — not noise, not shortcuts. The mission is direct: build artists with clarity, intention, and long-term strategy.

The roster includes Austin Williams, Chase Matthew, Trevor Snider and Tyra Madison. We also support the songwriting talent of Ethan Escue and Will Pattat, making sure their work is positioned, protected, and pushed in the right direction.

Every move we make is rooted in understanding the vision and delivering results. We stay organized, detail-focused, and hands-on — keeping the process steady, streamlined, and built for growth.
